Metro Atlanta’s private and independent schools are already gearing up for summer with their 2021 summer camp offerings.Ìý Attending camp at one of the schools will give you insight into all that the school offers, the campus and the staff. They all are meeting safety guidelines to ensure the best well being for your child.

Atlanta International School (AIS) camps offer an enriching summer experience filled with fun, new friends and opportunities to learn about the world and each other! Language camps in French, Spanish, German, and Chineses are available to campers of all skill levels. This is a great way to introduce your child to different cultures and broaden one's ability to communicate to people all over the world.
Just as well, active campers can participate in a variety of other camps, including old favorites such as Scientific World, Natural World, Filmmaking and Chess! We are pleased to announce the addition of new camps such as EV3 Mindstorm Robotics, That’s Sew Fun! , Math Boot Camp, Early Scientists, LEGOS and Amazing Athletes!
Atlanta International School summer camps offer programs for rising kindergarten students up to grade 12 and are located on the school’s campus in Buckhead. Before and aftercare are available for your convenience. Free drop off starts at 8:30 am and After-Care Stay & Play is offered from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at an additional fee of $25 per day or $125 per week, separate registration is required.

Camps: Campers can draw on their critical thinking and problem solving skills to complete projects that are rooted in practical, hands-on exploration. Through collaboration and inquiry, campers will explore tinkering, engineering, science, mathematics, making and the arts.There are four options for students in grades 1 through 6:
Week 1: Science and Exploration
Through inquiry-based experiences, campers will think for themselves, confidently ask questions and engage in scientific thinking to understand the world around them.
Week 2: Technology and Tinkering
Campers will dive into the exciting world of technology to discover the multitude of mediums that exist in this always evolving field.
Week 3: Performing Arts and Design
Using Schoolhouse Rock Jr. as the central text, campers will have opportunities to learn about history, mathematics, performing arts and language. On Friday, there will be a production of the show, which parents are invited to attend. This camp is open to everyone with or without prior theatre experience.
Week 4: Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Over the course of the week, the campers are challenged to design a physical product, complete a business plan and a pitch deck. They will then pitch their company to a panel of investors in a Shark Tank-style presentation.

Ìý- Join us for ourÌýsignature series of day camps for youth ages 3-7.ÌýThis year we are excited to announce eight unplugged and unparalleled weeks! Discover a new theme each week, each incorporating hands-on games, art making, indoor/outdoor play and theme immersed activities.Ìý Camp meets from 9am – 3pm with post care available. All weeks of Camp Galloway are fully facilitated by Galloway faculty,Ìýstaff, and students.
- Why let the fun end at 3 PM? Camp+ extends the fun with indoor/outdoor play from 3 PM - 5 PM daily for those students attending Camp Galloway.
NEW!ÌýSTEAMcationÌý-ÌýSTEAMcation is made up of 8 weeks ofÌýhalf-day programs, allowingÌýfamilies toÌýmix and match to curate their students'Ìýsummer. For rising 3rd - 7th grade students, students may select from a wide variety of science, technology, engineering and art programs.
AM programsÌýmeet 9am - 12 noon.ÌýPM programsÌýmeet 1pmÌý- 4pm. For those students staying full day, a supervised lunchÌýbreak is provided.
- From basketball to cheerleading, we have something this summer to keep your student physically active.
- Held from July 26-30, thisÌýprogram is for rising 5th - 9th grade students taught by Galloway faculty and staff. Made up of both academic bootcamps and fun electives, this program is a great kick off for the fall. Make your own schedule - fill your day!
- NEW this year, designed for rising 8th, 9th and 10th grade students who have not yet turned 16, this program provides students a hands on introduction to summer counselor duties. Assistant Fun Officers in Training who sign up for multiple weeks will rotate to different camps and grade levels. This is a great opportunity for students to stretch their leadership muscle.

At Mount Paran Christian School, the development of faith and intellect continues to grow through the summer months with a variety of summer programs. Academic enrichment, athletic training, arts explorations, and faith development are all part of the fun half and full-day camp offerings at MPCS.

Camp: Located in the Buckhead area of northwest Atlanta, Westminster’s Summer Camps have been educating, entertaining and engaging children for more than 60 years. Featuring a traditional summer day camp as well as specialty and sports camps, there is a variety of camp opportunities for 3 year olds through 12th graders.

Camp: Camp Whitefield is a Christ-centered summer day camp for rising PreK through rising 8th grade students. Campers spend their days playing games, enjoying arts and crafts and enjoying weekly field trips all based around weekly themes. They compete and practice their skills in age-appropriate physical challenges, gain educational knowledge and explore God’s creation in a fun and caring environment.
